Colour means a person
Wherever someone appears, whether in the calendar, on a chore or on the shopping list, their colour comes with them. You can see whose day it is before you read a word.
Children don’t need a phone
Add them as members and they’re part of the family from day one. When they’re older, they claim their own record with an invitation, and nothing gets duplicated.
Roles that actually mean something
Adults run the family. Children see the whole calendar and change what they created. The server enforces this, not just the app.
Invite with a code
Show a QR code or send a link. The second parent scans it and they’re in, with everything already there.

A family organiser knows a lot about a family. We keep as little as we can, and we tell you exactly what we keep.
No ads. Nothing sold.
Pro subscriptions fund Nidox. There are no ads or advertising trackers, and we do not sell family data.
You control location sharing
Follow Me starts only when you choose it. You select viewers and a duration, and can stop early. Owners cannot silently turn tracking on for you.
Documents read locally
Supported letter and PDF imports are read on your device or in your browser. AI receives the extracted text you submit; school timetable scans can include a photo.
Family access has clear limits
Family roles control access. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, but is not end-to-end encrypted; authorised service administrators can technically access it.
Storage locations explained
The family database, file storage and functions are in Zürich. Web app hosting is in the Netherlands. Authentication, push, AI, maps and public place imagery involve additional providers.
Leave whenever you like
Delete your account in Settings or use our account deletion page. Shared family content can remain when other signed-in members still use it.
Family records and uploaded avatars are stored in Firebase in Zürich. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, but it is not end-to-end encrypted: authorised administrators can technically access it. Using Nidox AI sends the relevant input to OpenAI. The privacy policy explains these services and what stays on your device.

The web organiser is live and uses the same family data as the iPhone and iPad app. A native Android app is in preparation. Store download links will appear here after publication. Widgets, Siri and Apple Live Activities are specific to iOS; Android uses its own notification and system integrations.
No. Add them as family members and they appear everywhere: the calendar, chores, the timetable. When a child gets a phone of their own, an invitation lets them take over the record that’s already theirs.
Every member has a role: owner, adult, child or viewer. Adults can change everything. A child sees the whole family calendar, adds to the shopping list, and only changes the events they created. A viewer can look but not touch. The server enforces the roles, not only the app.

Your request and the family information needed to answer it are processed by OpenAI. Letters and documents are read locally where supported; only extracted text is sent for AI review. Timetable scanning can send an image. Voice support depends on your platform. You review additions; shopping aisle sorting applies when you request it.
Delete your account in Settings › Account. If you were the only person signing in to a family, the family and everything in it is deleted. If others still use it, you are removed, and the family keeps its calendar and lists.
